Dear User, ARDUINO SRLS, with registered office in Orsogna, in Via Vignaiuoli n. 77 - 66036, Tax Code. and VAT number 02798980690, e-mail: info@arduinoaste.com, represented by the Administrator, as owner of the processing of personal data (the "Owner"), intends to provide you, in your capacity as interested party (the " Interested Party”) the specific information on the processing of your personal data which is necessary with reference to the Services provided via the website at www.arduinoaste.com (hereinafter also the “website”), pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and of the European and national legislation that integrates and/or modifies it, including Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) (“Applicable Privacy Law”).

Legal basis of the processing

Learn more about storage time

for which they were collected and may be retained for a longer period due to any legal obligations or
based on the consent of the Users.

Therefore:

• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until
  when the execution of this contract is completed;
• Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Owner will be retained until
